Your team registration includes a foursome of golf at one of Kentucky’s most famous courses,

as well as lunch, dinner and a special gift for each player.

VIP Team $3000 per team/$750 each player

Golf Team & Hole Sponsor $1800 per team/$450 each player

Golf Team $1500 per team/$375 each player
